no, since we cut to order, we can not accept a return.

How fast do you ship?

we normally ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. We will ship using 2nd day flat rate envelope for skins, and first class for smaller cuts

Owner was responsive and the leather is really nice. I asked for a specific color and I was given the color I asked for. The only thing that keeps me from giving a full 5 stars is that the leather sent was under the 5 sqft even if I am being generous with the measurement. Other than that I will very likely put in another order in the future.
