we normally ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. We will ship using 2nd day flat rate envelope for skins, and first class for smaller cuts

This is an old "scam" if you will. They are selling scraps which they cannot sell anywhere else. Usually, in the leather business, you toss this stuff or give it away if anyone wants it, because most is unusable. You will get small, unusual pieces that have knife marks or scuffs everywhere and are not usable. He will offer a coupon because well, it's all un sellable stuff to him anyway.
